24th ANNUAL SERGG™ MEETING Accommodations A block rooms has been reserved at the Emory Conference Center Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia, for Thursday through Saturday, September 28 – 30, 2006, to accommodate our meeting. You will need to guarantee your room reservation for any arrival after 4:00 p.m. We have been given a group rate of $119.00 for a SINGLE or a DOUBLE. A limited number of rooms have also been reserved at the Emory Inn located on the property. We have been given a group rate of $89.00 for a SINGLE or a DOUBLE at the Emory Inn. Please make your own room arrangements in order to keep your personal expenses at a minimum. The group rate will be offered 1 day prior and 1 day following the official meeting dates. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is Noon. Attendees arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Emory Conference Center Hotel is located at 1615 Clifton Road, Atlanta Georgia 30329. Inspired by the architectural design of Frank Lloyd Wright, this hotel is nestled in 28 acreas of forest preserve at the Emory University Campus. Amenities include indoor pool, whirlpool, executive fitness center and spa. You may make your reservations by calling the hotel directly at (404) 712-6000. Be sure to request the SERGG group rate. The block of rooms will be held until AUGUST 28, 2006. Please reserve your room IMMEDIATELY in order to assure accommodation. After this date, the hotel will release the rooms for general sale. Transportation If you are flying: The Emory Conference Center Hotel is located 17 miles from Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Traveling from the airport, take I-85 North for 9 miles to Exit 248C (Freedom Parkway NE). Follow the signs to the Carter Center and bear right on GA 42 East until it dead ends. Go left on Moreland Avenue; Moreland becomes Briarcliff. Stay on Briarcliff and go approximately three miles. Turn right on Clifton Road. At the 4th traffic light, make a left into the Emory Conference Center Hotel. Or If you are driving: I-85 South: I-85 South to North Druid Hills Road (Exit 89). At the end of the ramp, turn left onto North Druid Hills Road. At the second traffic light, turn right onto Briarcliff Road. At the 6th traffic light, turn left onto Clifton Road. The conference center is approximately 1 mile on the left. I-75 North: I-75 North to I-85 North and follow directions from I-85 North. I-75 South: Follow signs to I_85 North (left exit). Follow I-85 North to North Druid Hills Road (Exit 89). At end of ramp turn right. At the second traffic light, turn right onto Briarcliff Road. At the 6th traffic light, turn left onto Clifton Road. The conference center is approximately 1 mile on the left. I-20 East or West: Exit on Moreland Avenue North (Exit 60-B). Head north on Moreland Avenue for 4 ½ miles. Moreland becomes Briarcliff after 2 miles. Turn right onto Clifton Road. The conference center is approximately 1 mile on the left. Hwy 78: Take Hwy 78 West to Scott Boulevard. Travelling south on Scott Boulevard turn right onto North Decatur Road. Turn right onto Clifton Road. The conference center is approximately 1 mile on the right. 400 South: 400 South to Piedmont Road/Sydney Marcus Boulevard exit. At the end of the ramp, go left onto Sydney Marcus Boulevard. At the next light, go left onto Buford Highway. At the next light, turn right onto Cheshire Bridge Road. At the 3rd traffic light, turn left onto LaVista Road. At the 2nd traffic light, turn right onto Briarcliff Road. At the 3rd traffic light, turn left onto Clifton Road. The conference center is approximately 1 mile on the left.
