25th ANNUAL SERGG™ MEETING

JULY 26-28, 2007

EXHIBITOR FACT SHEET:

WHO:
The Southeastern Regional Genetics Group, Inc.™ (SERGG, Inc.™) has an audience of over 100 genetics professionals who purchase and/or recommend supplies and equipment for university of public health facilities, both research and clinical. These include researchers, doctors, nurses, lab technicians, consumers, CDC personnel and others who are specialists in fields such as Medical Genetics, Biochemical Genetics, Molecular Genetics and Cytogenetics.

WHAT:
Exhibit booths will be located close to the major presentation and breakout rooms. All food events during the meeting will be offered in or near this area to ensure a well-trafficked exhibit.

WHEN:
Exhibits are open Thursday, July 26 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, July 27 from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and on Saturday, July 28 from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. You may set up on Thursday beginning at noon. Exhibits must be broken down by 3:00 pm on Saturday, July 28 30.

WHERE:
Marriott Renaissance Arts Hotel, New Orleans, Louisiana.

RESERVATIONS:
Complete the exhibitor registration form and return it as your signed agreement with your check payable to SERGG, Inc.™

EXHIBITING FEES:           
$750 per exhibit space.
$350 for non-profit organizations.

TABLE TOP EXHIBITS:
Each exhibitor will be provided with a skirted 6’ table and 2 chairs.   

DEADLINES:
To be included in the printed program, reservation forms and full payment must be postmarked no later than June 26, 2007.

SPONSORSHIPS:

Available sponsorships include:
Sponsorship of buffet dinner or wine and cheese - $5000         
Sponsorship of lunch or breakfast- $2500
Sponsorship of fellow/resident/student to attend meeting - $750

SECURITY & LIABILITY:
Exhibitors agree to assume the entire responsibility and be insured for their own items of value and any type of liability incurred. Under this agreement, Exhibitors release SERGG, Inc.™, its agents and the Marriott Renaissance Arts Hotel from liabilities of any kind.

SHIPPING:
Items may be shipped directly to the hotel and should be shipped to arrive no more than 48 hours in advance of the meeting. Please be advised the resort may charge you for storing your items. Check  at the Front Desk and Bell stand personnel will deliver it for you to your booth. Any equipment  retrieval must be supervised by you.

ELECTRICAL SERVICES:
Electrical services are available through the hotel at an additional fee. Please indicate your needs on the registration form.

SERGG, Inc.™ reserves the right to select as exhibitors those whose products reflect and support the mission of the meeting. Exhibitor participation in the meeting does not indicate endorsement of said products by SERGG, Inc.™              

HOTEL:
To secure room accommodations, call the Marriott Renaissance Arts Hotel at 800-431-8634 or 504-613-2330. Let them know you are with SERGG in order to get the meeting’s group rate of $119.00 single/double.

DIRECTIONS:
The Marriott Renaissance Arts Hotel is located 14 miles SE from New Orlean’s  (MSY) airport.
Traveling from the airport, take I-10 East to Poydras Street, exit 234B.  Follow Poydras to Tchoupitoulas Street.  Turn right on Tchoupitoulas Street and the hotel is 2 blocks down on the left.

Estimated taxi fare is $28 one way.


REFUNDS:
Requests for refunds must be made in writing and be received by Mary Rose Simpson, Secretary/Treasurer no later than June 26, 2007. A fee of $100 will be retained on all refunds. No refunds will be made if space is not used, nor will any refunds be made on space used for a portion of the exhibit period. Subletting of space is not permitted.
