25th ANNUAL SERGG™ MEETING

Accommodations

A block rooms has been reserved at the Marriott Renaissance Arts Hotel in New Orleans, for Thursday through Saturday, July 26-28, 2007, to accommodate our meeting. You will need to guarantee your room reservation for any arrival after 4:00 p.m. We have been given a group rate of $118.00 for a SINGLE or a DOUBLE. Please make your own room arrangements in order to keep your personal expenses at a minimum. The group rate will be offered 1 day prior and 1 day following the official meeting dates. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is Noon. Attendees arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. On-site parking or valet parking at the hotel is $28 daily.

The Marriott Renaissance Arts Hotel is located at 700 Tchoupitoulas Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70130. Located in a historical warehouse circa 1910, this New Orleans luxury hotel is situated in the heart of the Arts District and in close proximity to the French Quarter, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, and Louisiana Children’s Museum. Enjoy expressive design mixed with original art in a contemporary setting at this historic New Orleans boutique hotel. Amenities include a heated rooftop pool, hot tub, whirlpool, and fitness center. You may make your reservations by calling the hotel directly at (504)613-2330. Be sure to request the SERGG group rate. The block of rooms will be held until JUNE 25, 2007. Please reserve your room IMMEDIATELY in order to assure accommodation. After this date, the hotel will release the rooms for general sale.

The Marriott Renaissance Arts Hotel is located 14 miles from New Orlean’s International Airport (MSY). Traveling from the airport, take I-10 East to Poydras Street, exit 234B. Follow Poydras to Tchoupitoulas Street. Turn right on Tchoupitoulas Street and the hotel is 2 blocks down on the left.
