EXHIBITOR FACT SHEET:
WHO:
The Southeastern Regional Genetics Group, Inc.™ (SERGG, Inc.™) has an audience of 150-200 genetics professionals who purchase and/or recommend supplies and equipment for university of public health facilities, both research and clinical. These include researchers, doctors, nurses, lab technicians, consumers, CDC personnel and others who are specialists in fields such as Medical Genetics, Biochemical Genetics, Molecular Genetics and Cytogenetics.
WHAT:
Exhibit booths will be located close to the major presentation and breakout rooms. Breakfasts and breaks will be offered in or near this area to ensure a well-trafficked exhibit.
WHEN:
Exhibits are open Friday, August 1 from 8:00 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. and on Saturday, August 2 from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. You may set up on Friday beginning at 7:00 am. Exhibits must be broken down by 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 2.

SPONSORING AND EXHIBITING OPPORTUNITIES:
- Platinum Sponsor (buffet dinner or wine and cheese reception) - $5000
- Gold Sponsor (lunch or breakfast) - $2500
- Silver Sponsor (fellow/resident/student to attend meeting) - $1,500
- Exhibit Space (commercial) - $1,000
- Exhibit Space (non-profit) - $500
Exhibit Space fees include registration for ONE representative. Additional representatives must
register as a meeting attendee. Sponsors who wish to also exhibit must pay the additional exhibit
fee but will receive a prime exhibit location.
TABLE TOP EXHIBITS:
Each exhibitor will be provided with a skirted 6’ table and 2 chairs.
DEADLINES:
To be included in the printed program, reservation forms and full payment must be postmarked no later than June 30, 2008.
SECURITY & LIABILITY:
Exhibitors agree to assume the entire responsibility and be insured for their own items of value and any type of liability incurred. Under this agreement, Exhibitors release SERGG, Inc.™, its agents and the Marriott Renaissance Arts Hotel from liabilities of any kind.
SHIPPING:
Items may be shipped directly to the hotel and should be shipped to arrive no more than 48 hours in advance of the meeting. Please be advised the resort may charge you for storing your items. Check at the Front Desk and Bell stand personnel will deliver it for you to your booth. Any equipment retrieval must be supervised by you.

DIRECTIONS:
The Francis Marion Hotel is located in the heart of historic Charleston, South Carolina, and is located approximately 11 miles from Charleston’s (CHS) airport. Charleston airport is serviced by AirTran, American Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta, Northwest Airlines and US Airways.
Exit the airport on International Drive and follow the signs for I-526 to Mt. Pleasant. From I-526 follow the signs for I-26 East to Charleston. Travel on I-26 to the end (Meeting Street Exit). Turn right onto Meeting Street. Stay on Meeting Street in the right hand lane for .6 miles. Pass the Charleston Visitor’s Center and turn right at the light which is John Street. Take John Street one block to King Street and turn left on King Street. The Francis Marion Hotel is on the right.
Valet parking is available at the hotel for $17 per day.
REFUNDS:
Requests for refunds must be made in writing and be received by Mary Rose Simpson, Secretary/Treasurer no later than June 15, 2008. A fee of $100 will be retained on all refunds. No refunds will be made if space is not used, nor will any refunds be made on space used for a portion of the exhibit period. Subletting of space is not permitted.
